Ingredients
| 1 lb | italian sausage |
| 1 c | chopped onions |
| 1 | red pepper, chopped |
| 10 oz | package chopped spinach, well drained |
| 1 c | flour |
| 1/4 c | six cheese italian |
| 8 | eggs |
| 1 c | half and half |
| 1 c | water |
| 1/2 c | mozzarella cheese |
| 1/2 c | mexican style four cheese |

Directions
Preheat oven to 425.Brown italian sausage and onions. Drain and put in a 9 x 13 pan.Sprinkle red pepper over sausage and onions. Then cover with well drained spinach.Blend flour and 6 italian cheese in a bowl. Add eggs, half & half and water and beat together until well blended. Pour over spinach layerBake 20 - 25 minutes in a 425 oven.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella & 1/2 cup mexican style cheese.
