Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
ground beef
1
onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp
olive oil
2
garlic cloves, minced
4 oz
mushrooms, drained
2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
nutmeg
1/2 tsp
oregano
1/2 pkg
spinach, chopped, frozen
3 Tbsp
flour
6
eggs, beaten
1/4 c
milk, scalded
1/2 c
cheddar cheese, grated

Step-By-Step

1In skillet, lightly brown ground beef and onion in olive oil.

2Drain well.

3Place in well-greased crock-pot.

4Stir in remaining ingredients except eggs, milk and cheese until well blended.

5Beat eggs and milk together.

6Pour over other ingredients.

7Stir well.

8Dust with additional nutmeg.

9Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 10 hours or until firm.

10Just before serving, sprinkle with grated cheese.
