I make this for family and friends when they come over for breakfast. I would like to make it more often but with just my husband and I it is too much.

Ingredients

1 pkg
bob evans sausage gravy
1 lb
bob evans sausage
1 pkg
frozen hashbrowns
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1COOK HASHBROWNS IN ELECTRIC SKILLET, WHILE DOING THAT FRY SAUSAGE IN SKILLET, DRAIN
2CRACK ALL THE EGGS INTO A BOWL AND WHIP LIKE FOR SCRAMBLED EGGS, ADD THE EGGS ON TOP OF THE SAUSAGE, LET THEM COOK
3WHEN EGGS ARE DONE ADD THE SAUSAGE AND EGG MIXTURE ONTO THE COOKED HASHBROWNS.
4ADD THE SAUSAGE GRAVY ON TOP OF EVERYTHING IN THE ELECTRIC SKILLET THEN PLACE ALL SLICES OF CHEESE COVER AND LET CHEESE MELT. ENJOY!!! I SERVE WITH HOMEMADE BREAD OR JUST REGULAR TOAST
