Ingredients

2 1/4 c
seasoned croutons
1 lb
sausage
6
eggs, beaten
2 1/4 c
milk
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp
dry mustard
4 oz
can mushrooms
2 c
shredded cheese

Step-By-Step

1Spread croutons in a lightly greased 9x13 pan. Set aside.
2Brown sausage, drain.
3Sprinkle sausage over croutons.
4Combine eggs and next 4 ingredients.
5Mix well, pour over sausage.
6Cover and refrigerate over night.
7Remove from refrigerator. Let stand 30 minutes.
8Bake uncovered at 350 for 50 minutes.
9Sprinkle cheese and melt.
