8 slice
bacon, cooked until crisp--reserve 1 tbl. drippings
1/2 c
corn flake crumbs

eggs
2-1/2 c
frozen hash brown potatoes
1-1/2 c
(4 oz) shredded swiss cheese
1/2 c
cottage cheese
1/3 c
milk
1
green onion--- thinly sliced
1 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
pepper
4
drops--liquid pepper sauce

Directions Step-By-Step

Crumble bacon. Set aside. Mix corn flake crumbs with the 1 Tbl drippings. Set aside.

In medium-sized bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan. Sprinkle with crumbs mixture and bacon. Cover. Refrigerate overnight.

Morning---remove pan from refrigerator. Uncover and bake in oven at 325* about 50 min or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.

Great when served with the Save-A-day Coffeecake
