Ingredients

8 medium
apples, peeled, cored, and sliced or chopped
1/4 c
brown sugar
1/4 tsp
cinnamon
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 c
water
2 Tbsp
butter or low fat margarine
2 c
low fat granola
1/4 c
walnuts or craisins, optional

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for about 7 hours.

Put this on to cook at night and its ready for breakfast. Good enough to serve the whole family.

Leftovers keep in frig for second day use.
