- pepperidge farms brown sugar and/or cinnamon bread
- 2 1/2 c
- milk, 2%
- 12 oz
- cream cheese
- 3/4 c
- maple syrup
1Line 9.5 x 13.5 greased baker with layer of bread.
Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup maple syrup until creamy.
Spread cream cheese on first layer of bread and then put a top on it.
2Cut bread layers in half to form triangles.
This will make it easier to cut/serve later and it looks nice.
Beat eggs, milk and rest of Maple syrup together and pour over bread.
3Cover and chill for 8-12 hours,
but not over 24 hours
Add more syrup and let sit at room temp for 30 minutes.
Bake 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes, till tooth pick comes out clean.
Let sit for 10-15 minutes before serving.
