Bacon and Cheese Breakfast Pizza

- 1/2 lb
- bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 8 oz
- swiss cheese, grated
- 12 oz
- sour cream
- 2 Tbsp
- fresh parsley, minced
1Roll pastry to fit into a 12 inch pizza pan or your pizza stone.
2Bake at 425. For 5 minutes.
3Sprinkle bacon and cheese evenly over crust.
4In a bowl, beat eggs, sour cream and parsley until smooth; pour over pizza.
5Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until pizza is puffy and lightly browned.
