- sour dough bread / cubed and toasted ( about 1 cup )
- 1 1/2 Tbsp
- dijon mustard
- salt & pepper to taste
- 4 ounces sweet red peppers ( fire roasted ) chopped - they come in a jar
- 1 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese - divided
- 3 1/2 - 4 oz
- cubed, pre cooked ham
- scallions, thin sliced - divided
Spray an 8 inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
Bake sour dough cubes until toasty.
In a medium sized bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, pepper and mustard.
