Had all these leftovers in the refrigerator made a nice hash with eggs and toast.

Ingredients For refrigerator hash

  • 1 c
    left over baked potato(chopped)
  • 1/4 c
    left over bacon(chopped)
  • 1/4 c
    left over pork chop(chopped)
  • 2 tsp
    onion(diced)
  • 3 c
    mushrooms(sliced)
  • 1 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    coconut oil
  • 1 dash
    black pepper
  • 1/2 c
    mexican blend shredded cheese

How To Make refrigerator hash

  • 1
    Put oil in large sauté pan add mushrooms and garlic salt cook till mushrooms start to brown about 5 minutes.

    Add all the rest of the ingredients cook till warmed through.

    Sprinkle cheese on top and let melt, serve with over easy eggs and toast.
