Ingredients For quiche lorraine

19" pie shell

8slices bacon, diced

1/2 cscallions with tops, chopped

6eggs, beaten

1 tsponion salt

1 cswiss cheese, grated

2 chalf and half

1/4 tspground nutmeg
How To Make quiche lorraine

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2Brown bacon lightly. Drain excess grease and add scallions. Cook until golden brown, cool slightly.

3Combine eggs, onion salt, cheese, and bacon mixture; add cream and blend well.

4Pour into pie shell, sprinkle with nutmeg, and bake at 375 for 30 - 35 minutes.
