I found this recipe at recipelion.com/...Quiche-Lorraine-3, but because it had an identical title to another Quiche Lorraine recipe I had previously posted, it wouldn't let me pinch it with the browser app, so I have transcribed it here.

Ingredients

9" pie shell

slices bacon, diced
1/2 c
scallions with tops, chopped

eggs, beaten
1 tsp
onion salt
1 c
swiss cheese, grated
2 c
half and half
1/4 tsp
ground nutmeg

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Brown bacon lightly. Drain excess grease and add scallions. Cook until golden brown, cool slightly.

Combine eggs, onion salt, cheese, and bacon mixture; add cream and blend well.

Pour into pie shell, sprinkle with nutmeg, and bake at 375 for 30 - 35 minutes.
