So handy to make this the night before, so in the morning when your groggy, all you have to do is put it in the oven to bake!

Ingredients

8 slice
white bread, crusts removed
2 pkg
4oz. each, shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 lb
bacon, fried, crumbled
1
dozen eggs
2 c
milk

Step-By-Step

1Butter both sides of the bread, and place in the bottom of a lightly greased 9x13 inch pan.
2Sprinkle the cheese over the bread, then the bacon;
3In a blender mix the 12 eggs, with the 2 cups milk, add salt and pepper if you wish...
4Pour the egg mixture over the cheese, bacon and bread; Cover the pan with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350* for 1 hour... Enjoy!
