1/3 c
freshly grated parmesan cheese
freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp

Directions Step-By-Step

1
Preheat oven to 425! One Large cast iron skillet I used my chicken fryer.

Add flour, eggs, cheeses, salt, pepper and half and half together. Mix well and set in icebox.

Mix all your chopped veggies together along with the chopped herb. Add the paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
2
Remove the Italian sausage from it's casings. Brown in a tablespoon of ghee, remove from the skillet. Add to the chopped herbs and the chopped veggies. Saute and remove from pan.

Place the rest of the ghee in skillet and heat till skillet is hot.
Add the cheese dough to the hot pan and add the mixed herbs and veggies on top.
3
Set in hot oven and bake for about 25 minutes.

Slice and serve hot!

It's also good as Mexican dish by changing the Cheese, meat, spices and herbs.

You can use dried herbs to taste instead of the fresh.
