Ingredients For cheddar, bacon and potato frittata

  • 1 lb
    new red potatoes, cooked, cooled and sliced
  • 1/2 c
    kraft shredded triple cheddar cheese with a touch of philidelphia
  • 1/3 c
    real bacon bits -- or 8 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 3
    green onions, sliced
  • 6
    eggs
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1/3 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper

How To Make cheddar, bacon and potato frittata

    Place the sliced potatoes in a 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese, bacon and onions.

    Whisk eggs and milk in medium bowl until blended. Add mayo, salt and pepper; mix well. Pour over potato mixture.

    Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until center is set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Cut into wedges to serve.
