Blueberry French Toast Bake

I am always asked to bring this whenever we have a brunch at work. There is never any left over. Can be made ahead and baked when ready to serve.

Ingredients

1/2 c
flour
1 1/2 c
milk
2 Tbsp
sugar
1 tsp
vanilla
1/2 tsp
salt
6 medium
eggs
10 slice
1 inch thick french bread cut into cubes
8 oz
cream cheese
1 c
blueberries
1/2 c
chopped nuts
1/4 c
powdered sugar

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven 400 degrees. Generously grease a 9x13 pan.
2Beat flour, milk, sugar, vanilla, salt, and eggs in a large bowl. Stir in the bread cubes until well coated.Pour the bread mixture into prepared pan.
3Top evenly with blueberries, cream cheese, and nuts.
Bake uncover for 20 to 25 min. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving. Serve with syrup.
