Bacon Biscuit Breakfast Bake

- refrigerated biscuits
- 1 lb
- bacon, cooked
- 1 small
- onion, diced, saute' until soft
- 1/4 c
- 2 c
- cheddar cheese
1Mix eggs and milk. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to your taste.
2Cut biscuits into fourths and throw in egg mixture. Mix
3Meanwhile, cook bacon till crispy. When crispy, saute onions in bacon grease until clear.
4Add bacon and onion to bowl. Add cheese and mix.
5Dump all into 9x13 baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees
