amazing three-cheese quiche

Recipe by

Found this beautiful quiche recipe in my inbox this morning and put it at the top of my list to try ASAP. I am a real fan of good quiche! I made the substitution for the mushrooms simply because I can't stand the horrible things (lol) but if you are a mushroom lover, please go ahead and include them. You could even throw in a couple cloves of garlic in the last minute or two of cooking the vegetables. Recipe & photo from: Kraftrecipes.com 04-27-15
