eggs
2 c
sugar
1 c
oil
2 c
grated zucchini
2 1/2 can(s)
all-purpose flour
1/2 c
coconut
2 tsp
bakong soda
1/2 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
cinnamon
2 tsp
vanilla
1/2 c
chopped pecans
1/2 c
drained crushed pineapple

Directions Step-By-Step

Cream together sugar, oil and eggs. Add sifted dry ingredients. Stir in zucchini, nuts, pineapple, coconut and vanilla. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees in 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Makes 2 loaves.
