My grandma Anderson's recipe, and its ohhhh so good :)

Ingredients

3 c
sifted flour
1 tsp
salt
1 1/2 tsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
baking soda
1/4 tsp
baking powder
3 medium
eggs (well beaten)
2 c
sugar
1 c
cooking oil
2 tsp
vanilla extract
2 c
zucchini shreds

Step-By-Step

1pre-heat your oven to 350* .

Combine all your dry ingredients in a large bowl.
2beat Eggs in a separate bowel, then add oil, zucchini shreds, vanilla extract.
3Bake in a greased and floured bread loaf pan, lined with Parchment paper.

***makes two loafs***

350* for 1 hour
4turn bread over and release from pan, and let cool right side up, serve warm, with butter,enjoy!
