Whole Wheat Banana Carrot Bread

I was looking for a way to get more fruits vegetable and fiber into my "Day Care Children" and ran across this but I can't remember where. The kids love it!!

Ingredients

1 stick
butter
1 c
brown sugar
2
eggs
1 c
flour
1 c
whole wheat flour
1 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
cinnamon
1 c
mashed bananas
1 c
shredded carrots
1/2 c
chopped nuts

Step-By-Step

1Combine flour, soda, powder, salt and cinnamon and set aside.

2Beat butter for 30 second; add sugar and continue beating until fluffy.

3Add dry ingredients and bananas beating after each addition.

4Fold in carrots and nuts.

5Pour into 2 greased loaf pans (mine are 7 1/2 by 3 3/4) Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
