Patsy's Notes:

we all love this banana nut bread around here it is really good and tasty

preheat oven to 350.

cream sugar and shortening. add bananas and eggs. beat well.

add sifted dry ingredients. add nuts. blend well.

fill half full (16.6 oz) frozen juice cans, well drained.

bake in the oven for 45 minutes. cool, run knife around can. slice and serve with butter or cream cheese.
