Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
ground beef (enough for 3-patties)
3 Tbsp
freshly chopped parsley leaves
2 Tbsp
grated onion
sprinkle house seasoning, recipe below
2 Tbsp
butter
3
eggs
6 slice
bacon, cooked
6
glazed donuts
house seasoning:
1 c
salt
1/4 c
black pepper
1/4 c
garlic powder

Directions Step-By-Step

1
Mix the ground beef, chopped parsley and grated onion together in a large mixing bowl.
Season liberally, with House Seasoning.
Form 3 hamburger patties.
2
Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Add the burgers and cook until desired temperature, 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare (I think I'll have mine cooked juat a tad bit more).
3
Fry bacon in a hot pan until crisp. Remove and drain on paper towels. Set aside.
4
While burgers are cooking, heat a non-stick pan, over medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons butter.
Crack 3 eggs into the pan.
Cook until the yolks are just set but still slightly runny and remove (be sure the whites are done on mine).
5
Place burger patties on glazed donuts, as the buns. Top each burger with 2 pieces of bacon and a fried egg.
Top brunch burger with another glazed donut (well, I think you'll have to smash this down or you will never get it in your mouth).
6
FOR HOUSE SEASONING:
Mix ingredients together and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.

P.S. Would this be called a "light heart attack" on a plate ???
Enjoy, if you can!!!
