Ingredients For sweet rolls w/ lemon glaze

    13.8 oz can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/3 c
    apple jelly
  • 2/3 c
    raisins
  • 1/2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1-1/2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    hot water

How To Make sweet rolls w/ lemon glaze

    Heat oven to 400. Spray a 12-cup muffin pan w/ cooking spray. Unroll pizza dough, pat into a 9" x13" rectangle. Spread jelly over dough, w/in 1/2" of border.

    Sprinkle raisins over jelly, pressing in gently to adhere. Beginning w/ long side, roll up, jelly roll style. Pinch seams to seal.

    Cut into 12-1"-slices. Place slices, cut side up into muffin cups. Bake 15 min, or until golden. Remove rolls to a rack. In small bowl, combine powdered sugar, lemon juice and hot water. Stir until smooth. Drizzle over rolls. Serve warm.
