    gluten free bisquick
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1
    (5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 2/3 c
    milk
  • 1/3 c
    canola oil
  • 1
    egg, beaten
  • 1 c
    mashed strawberries
  • 1/3 c
    sour cream
  • FOR THE STRAWBERRY LEMONADE GLAZE
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 lg
    strawberry smashed
  • 1 Tbsp
    milk
  • 2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • zest of one lemon

How To Make strawberry lemonade bread

    Preheat oven to 350. Combine the flour, sugar, pudding mix, baking powder and salt. Add the milk, oil,egg, mashed strawberries and sour cream until well combined.

    Grease a mini loaf pan and fill ¾ full with batter. Bake 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

    For the Glaze. Combine all ingredients and stir well. Let bread cool completely, dip into glaze.
