Ingredients For strawberry chocolate chip scones
- SCONES:
- WET INGREDIENTS:

2 - 6 oz pkgliberté méditerranée french vanilla yogurt

1/2 - 1 jarseedless strawberry jam, to taste

1/4 cmilk
- DRY INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 call purpose flour
-
1 1/2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspbaking soda
-
1/3 csugar
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1/2 csemi-sweet mini chocloate chips
- ICING:
-
1 1/2 cconfectioners' sugar
-
1 tspstrawberry extract
-
1/2 tsppure vanilla extract

milk, to desired consistancy
How To Make strawberry chocolate chip scones

1SCONES: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Mix the wet ingredients in a small bowl; then add the dry ingredients to a larger bowl & mix well.

2Pour the wet ingredients into the dry & mix until combined. Grease 2 baking sheets or cover with parchment paper or silpat liner.

3Portion batter out with a medium cookie scooper into 14 scones spaced widely apart. Cook for 15 - 20 minutes until cooked through.

4ICING: In a medium bowl, add confectioners' & extracts. Add milk, 1 tsp at a time, if needed to thin to desired consistancy. Drizzle over scones.
