Ingredients
- SCONES:
- WET INGREDIENTS:
- 2 - 6 oz packages liberté méditerranée french vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 - 1 jars seedless strawberry jam, to taste
- 1/4 cup milk
- DRY INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet mini chocloate chips
- ICING:
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon strawberry extract
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- milk, to desired consistancy

Step 1SCONES: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Mix the wet ingredients in a small bowl; then add the dry ingredients to a larger bowl & mix well.

Step 2Pour the wet ingredients into the dry & mix until combined. Grease 2 baking sheets or cover with parchment paper or silpat liner.

Step 3Portion batter out with a medium cookie scooper into 14 scones spaced widely apart. Cook for 15 - 20 minutes until cooked through.

Step 4ICING: In a medium bowl, add confectioners' & extracts. Add milk, 1 tsp at a time, if needed to thin to desired consistancy. Drizzle over scones.
