Skillet corn bread
- 1 1/2 box
- jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1/3 c
- 1 1/2 c
- 1 stick
- butter, melted
In large bowl mix jiffy and sugar together. Add milk and eggs, on e at a time and stir well.
Add melted butter, stir and return to skillet.
Bake 35 minutes or until a nice golden brown and set in the middle.
Brush a little butter over the top while still hot.
Cool slightly and cut into squares.
if you don't have a cast iron skillet a stone baking pan works well also.
