large orange for juice and zest
Heat oven to 350. Stir flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in large bowl. Blend in melted butter. Add in eggs and milk and stir well. Add orange juice and zest; mix until well combined.
Pour batter into greased muffin tins or greased 3 mini-loaf pans.
Bake 20-30 minutes depending on if you make muffins or loaves, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Remove and cool; dust with powdered sugar.
