Quarter each biscuit (I use a scissors) and then drop a few at a time into a bowl that has a mixture of 1/3 cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and shake or turn the dough with your hands to coat the dough with the sugar mixture. Put the dough into a greased bundt pan.
Boil together the 1/2 cup of sugar and butter and 1 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and pour over the biscuits.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350°. When done, place a plate over the top of the bundt pan and flip the bundt pan over so the monkey bread comes out onto the plate. If you don't have a bundt pan, use two greased loaf pans.
