Mom's coffe canned Pumpkin Bread

My mom only made these once a year;I make them twice a year, freeze them to enjoy whenever I want a loaf of sweet bread.
You'll need 6 1 pound coffe cans.

Ingredients

can bakers joy
6 tsp
cooking oil
6
eggs
1 1/2 c
oil
1/2 c
water
2
small cans of pumpkin
4 1/2 c
sugar
5 c
flour
3 tsp
baking soda
2 tsp
salt
2 tsp
cinnamon
2 1/4 c
dates
2 1/4 c
chopped nuts

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven 350. Spray coffe cans with bakers joy and put 1 tsp. of oil in bottom of can(s). Mix: eggs, cups of oil,water, pumpkin, sugar.

Then mix in: flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon. Then add and mix dates and nuts. Fill the cans 1/2 way, until all of batter is used. Bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes.

Let cans cool for 1 hour. Remove from cans and let them cool competely.
