Mini Cini's

Leslie Holt

I make these the night before, the next morning, preheat the oven, throw them in, and you have a great, warm breakfast!!

I usually lay out a piece of wax paper to roll out the crescent rolls. If the jelly roll is too soft to slice, I place it in the freezer for a few minutes.

I have also placed these in metal pie pans and frozen them in smaller amounts. They are great to take out when you have company or need to send a pick-me-up to a neighbor.
