I make these the night before, the next morning, preheat the oven, throw them in, and you have a great, warm breakfast!! I usually lay out a piece of wax paper to roll out the crescent rolls. If the jelly roll is too soft to slice, I place it in the freezer for a few minutes. I have also placed these in metal pie pans and frozen them in smaller amounts. They are great to take out when you have company or need to send a pick-me-up to a neighbor.

Ingredients For mini cini's

  • 2 can
    crescent rolls (8 oz each)
  • 6 Tbsp
    soft butter (NOT MELTED)
  • 1/3 c
    packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 2/3 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1/4 tsp
    almond or vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt

How To Make mini cini's

    Unroll rolls and seperate to form 4 rectangles. Press together. Stir batter, brown sugar, pecans, sugar and cinnamon together. Spread over one side of rectangle. Roll up jelly roll style. Slice. Place on lightly greased pan. Bake at 375 for 15 - 18 minutes.

    Stir powdered sugar, milk, extract flavoring and salt. Drizzle over warm rolls. Enjoy!
