I use this all the time. It goes well with the Seafood stew and ribs. You will love it! SWEET!

I have also fried this batter like a pancake. It taste good and it is fast! Add about 2 tablespoons of oil to the batter and omit the whole corn before frying.

Ingredients

1 box
jiffy corn muffin mix
1 box
jilly yellow cake mix
2 medium
eggs
4 Tbsp
sour cream
1/2 can(s)
cream style corn
1/4 can(s)
whole corn (drain)

Step-By-Step

1Mix all ingredients together. Butter a medium square shaped pan. Pour batter into pan and bake for about 30-35 minutes depending on your oven. Should be brown on top.
