This dough can be left in the refrigerator up to 1 week.Easy.
You can also add a few spices and make theses into Italian Spoon Rolls

Ingredients

1/4 oz envelope active dry yeast
1 tsp
sugar
2 c
lukewarm water (100-110 degrees)
4 c
self rising flour
3\4 c
butter..melted & cooled
1/4 c
sugar
1 large
egg, lightly beaten
1
pinch of salt
baking spray

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine 1st 3 ingredients in a large bowl.
Let mixture stand 5 minutes.
Stir in flour & next 4 ingredients until well blended.
Spoon into muffin tins coated with cooking spray.
Filling 2/3 full.
Bake 400 degrees 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

FOR ITALIAN SPOON ROLLS:
Prepare rolls as directed,adding 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning & 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder with the flour to yeast mixture.
