1Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees. mash bananas in a med bowl. add eggs, veg oil, vanilla, and milk. stir until well blended. stir in sugar. in a small dish, add baking soda to flour and mix well. add flour mixture to the wet mixture and stir until well blended. add nuts if you desire and pour into a loaf pan sprayed with oil and bake for about 1 hr 15 in...keep an eye on it-everyone's oven is different-to check to see if it is done-stick a knife in the middle of the bread and if it comes out clean it is ready. enjoy!
2if you want to get a little creative-try adding 1/2 cup coconut or 1/2 bag of chocolate chips...yum!
