In a saucepan over low heat, cook and stir brown sugar and milk for 5 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. In another bowl, combine the eggs, honey, oil and brown sugar mixture; mix well.
Stir in dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour into a greased 8x4 loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 55-60 or until a toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean (cover with foil if top browns too quickly). Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely. Combine glaze ingredients until smooth; drizzle over bread. makes 1 loaf
