Having extra Fuji apples on hand started me on baking this wonderful sweet tart bread.
You start the recipe in the bread machine,then finish it by hand and oven.
I tweaked it and added my sons delishes Homemade Blackberry Jelly for the glaze on the sauted cooked apples.
It turned out really pretty...even with my left hand in a brace,with a fractured finger!! What fun....untill I dropped it on the floor.....LOL Nancy...2/10/13

Original recipe is from my Seiko bread machine cookbook.
All but one foto are mine.
When I was taken it out of the oven...with my left hand in brace...I dropped it ...upside down on the kitchen floor!!!
I had to throw it all out.....I did not think you would want to see the mess on the floor!!...LOL.
When will I learn!
I was supposed to be very careful ...
using my left hand!
The cooked foto is from the cookbook.
