Nancy J. Patrykus

Having extra Fuji apples on hand started me on baking this wonderful sweet tart bread.
You start the recipe in the bread machine, then finish it by hand and oven.
I tweaked it and added my sons delishes Homemade Blackberry Jelly for the glaze on the sauted cooked apples.
It turned out really pretty...even with my left hand in a brace, with a fractured finger!! What fun....untill I dropped it on the floor.....LOL Nancy...2/10/13

When the buzzer sounds, remove dough, you may have to add some more flour, and place in a greased bowl.
Cover with wrap and let sit 20-30 minutes.Wait.
Use a rolling pin to roll the dough to a 8x8 size.
Then place dough in greased baking dish or baking sheet.
Spray with water and put in a slow oven to rise for 20-30 minutes. Remove from oven.
