In a medium sized pot or deep fryer, add 4 cups of oil, and heat to 350F. In a medium sized bowl combine pancake mix and water & white chocolate chips and mix until blended.
Use a cookie scoop to scoop out pancake batter and drop into hot oil. Turn pancake puppy when the pancake dough ball turns brown, flip by using a slotted spoon, and cook until the other side has been browned.
Remove cooked puppies and drain on paper towels. Roll puppies in powdered sugar, and top with remaining powder sugar and serve with your favorite syrup.
