Ingredients

2 1/2 c
sugar
8 oz
cream cheese, softened
1/2 c
butter, softened
4
eggs
1 can(s)
(15 oz) pumpkin, not pie filling
3 1/2 c
flour
2 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
pumpkin pie spices
1 c
chopped pecans

FOR THE STREUSEL TOPPING:

1/4 c
butter, melted
1/2 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c
oatmeal, uncooked
1/4 c
flour
1 tsp
cinnamon

Step-By-Step

1preheat butter to 350.

2grease 2 9x5 inch loaf pans.

3in the bowl of a mixer, cream together the sugar, cream cheese and butter.

4add the eggs and pumpkin and mix well.

5in a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and pumpkin pie spice.

6stir and gradually add into your wet ingredients. stir in pecans. pour the batter into pans.

7in a small bowl combine the streusel ingredients and mix. evenly divide and sprinkle over the 2 loaves.

8bake for about 60 minutes until a toothpick inserted in loaf comes out clean.
