Cranberry Apple Bread

Well just made this for the first time today ! It is good and different , well I had alot of cranberries (as usual) and we went apple picking------ sooo yea make a bread !!! We enjoyed it very much.

Ingredients

1 1/2 c
flour
1 1/2 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
salt
3/4 tsp
cinnamon
1/2 tsp
nutmeg
1/8 tsp
cloves
1/2 c
butter
3/4 c
brown sugar
2
eggs
1/3 c
milk
3/4 c
chopped walnuts
3/4 c
chopped apples
3/4 c
chopped cranberries
glaze: 1/2 c powdered sugar and 2 tsp. milk

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves in large bowl until well blended.
In a second bowl, beat butter, sugar until light and creamy.
Beat in eggs, one at a time until well blended.

alternately beat flour mixture and milk into butter and sugar mixture beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Stir in cranberries, apples and walnuts until just combined. Put in greased and floured loaf pan.

Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. (check before this time)
Cool 10 minutes in pan. (mine came right out after the 10 minutes) Remove loaf from pan and cool completely on rack.. Drizzle glaze over bread if desired.
