How To Make country pumpkin & banana cinnamon bread
-
1Pumpkin & Banana Bread: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use a 9x5-inch loaf pan and spray with non-stick spray or line with foil and spray with non-stick spray to get out easily for slicing. Blend together dry cake mix, pumpkin, mashed bananas, egg whites, vanilla extract, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. If you want walnuts, fold them in the pumpkin mixture just until incorporated. Transfer batter evenly into loaf pan.
-
2Cinnamon Swirl Topping : In a small bowl combine swirl ingredients together. Use a tablespoon to drop spoonfuls over the bread, then use a knife to make swirl designs. Bake for 50-55 minutes until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Let cool for about 10-15 minutes, remove from pan and cool completely before adding glaze.
-
3Glaze: In small bowl, whisk heavy cream and powdered sugar together until well-blended. Add pumpkin and cinnamon and blend until smooth. If your mixture has any lumps, just put it in the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds, and mix until smooth. Drizzle glaze with a spoon, and let glaze set before slicing.
