Cinnamon Swirl Bread for Bread Machine

This is YUMMY also great for French Toast. My Kids & Grandchildren LOVE it

Ingredients

2 1/2 tsp
instant yeast
3 Tbsp
sugar
1 1/2 tsp
salt
3 1/2 c
flour
1/4 c
nonfat dry milk
2 Tbsp
butter, cut into pieces
1 c
plus 2 tablespoons warm water
1 Tbsp
cinnamon
1 Tbsp
sugar

Step-By-Step

1Put all ingred except cinnamon sugar mix into bucket of bread machine according to your bread machine directions. Use the dough cycle
2Transfer dough to lightly floured surface, let rest for 5 min. Roll into 8 by 15 inch rectangle & sprinkle it evenly with cinnamon & sugar mix. Starting with short end roll the dough into a tight log, tuck ends under & place the loaf , seam side down in a lightly greased 8 by 4 bread pan, drape the pan with lightly greased plastic wrap & let dough rise for 1 to 1 1/2 hour or until its risen about 1 inch over top of pan.
3Bake the bread in a preheated 375% oven for 35 to 40 min. Tent the bread with foil the final 10 min if its getting too brown. Remove from oven onto a cooling rack, ENJOY
