Note: when cool I drizzle on a bit of powdered sugar glaze .This recipe has been posted on one of my other web sites and those that have tried it, have loved it .

semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 c
chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
1Preheat oven to 350°F/180° C. Grease two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
2Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl.
3Combine eggs, milk and vegetable oil in medium bowl. Add to flour mixture; mix just until moistened. Stir in 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips and chopped nuts. Spoon into prepared loaf pans.
4Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans for 10 minutes; remove from pans. Cool on wire racks.
