Ingredients

2 c sugar
1 1/2 c salad oil, not quite
4 eggs
3 c flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 c grated carrots
1/2 c pecans, chopped

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until done. Makes 2 loaves.

Not quite means a little less than 1 1/2 cups. Just the regular size loafpan.
