Ingredients

  • BREAD
  • 1 pound loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
  • 3 tablespoons butter ( or margarine )
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • GLAZE
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk

How To Make buttery cinnamon nut bread

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 375°F. Press thawed bread dough on bottom of greased 15x10x1-inch jelly-roll pan. Spread dough with butter; prick with fork.
  • Step 2
    Stir together sugar, pecans and cinnamon in small bowl; sprinkle evenly over dough. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown
  • Step 3
    Stir together all glaze ingredients in small bowl. Drizzle over warm bread. Cut into triangles or squares; serve warm.
