Best Bannana Bread ever

This was my Grandma's recipe and She an I absolutely loved it she has now past and I love this recipe even more now. It is very good anytime, but even better then fresh out of the oven hot and a slice of butter spread over the top. Yummy!!!!

Ingredients

1 c
cooking oil
2 1/2 c
flour
1 1/2 c
mashed bannanas
1 tsp
vanilla, almond is also very good too
2 c
sugar
3 medium
eggs
1/2 tsp
salt
1 tsp
cinnamon

Directions Step-By-Step

In a bowl add one T. Vinegar to 1 cup of milk. Let stand.

In a large bowl:
combine all ingredients, except the Vinegar/Milk mixture.

Add 2 tsp. backing soda to mil mix, then add to other ingredients.

Once everything has been well incorporated dump into per-greaced loaf pans and bake at 350* for 1 hour.
