Banana Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients

ripe bananas, mashed
2
eggs
1/3 c
vegetable oil
1 1/3 c
canned pumpkin puree
1/2 c
honey
1/2 c
white sugar
2 1/2 c
all purpose flour
1 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
salt
2 tsp
pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp
cinnamon
3/4 c
raisins or walnuts (optional)

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
3In a bowl stir together bananas, eggs, oil, pumpkin, honey and sugar.
4In a seperate bowl combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pie spice and cinnamon. Add this mixture into the banana mixture and stir until just combined (do not over stir).
5Fold in raisins and walnuts if desired.
6Pour batter into the prepared pan.
7Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
8Cool loaf in the pan for 10 minutes before removing from pan onto a wire rack to cool completely.
