A friend & co-worker shared this with me many years ago. All of my family & friends love this. This bread freezes well.
I use splenda (sugar blend) in place of the sugar.Directions
Cream together sugar, butter, sour cream & eggs.Mix in the flour, baking soda, bananas & nuts.Pour into greased & floured large loaf pan. Bake at 350 for one hour or until done.
