The recipe makes 2 loaves
walnuts or pecans finely chopped
bananas (ripe) you want the bananas to have dark skin
preheat oven 350* prepare two loaf pans with cooking spray, I like the cooking spray with flour in it for baking.
mix sugar, eggs, milk until well mixed- add ripe bananas add all dry ingredients mix well and add melted butter mix well then add nuts (you can make this without nuts)
bake for 45 to 50 minutes then check with a toothpick if clean your bread is done if not cook an additional 5 minutes and check again continue until toothpick comes out clean.
when cooled I wrap my bread in aluminum foil. I freeze one until needed and keep one loaf for friends & family to enjoy.
