BANANA BREAD FRENCH TOAST
thick slices banana bread,either store bought or homemade
milk ( of your choice )
In a medium sized bowl, whisk together eggs,milk,vanilla,cinnamon and set aside.
Preheat a large nonstick skillet over medium low heat. Melt 1 tablespoon butter. When butter is melted add 4 slices of bread that have been dipped into the egg mixture.
Cook about 1 1/2 minutes per side until they are golden brown on both sides. Put on a platter and keep warm in a low heat oven and repeat the remaining bread slices.....................
