|1 1/2 c||all-purpose flour|
|1 tsp||baking soda|
|1 tsp||baking powder|
|1 c||quick cooking oats|
|1/2 c||firmly packed light brown sugar|
|1/3 c||vegetable oil|
|1 c||raisins (i like to let the raisins soak in a little pure vanilla extract for an hour or so before adding)|
|1 c||chopped pecans|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 1 loaf pan.
Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, oats and brown sugar.
Add eggs, oil, and applesauce; stir until well blended.
Stir in raisins and pecans. ** If you soaked the raisins in vanilla, drain before adding. **
Pour into loaf pan and bake 1 hour.
